A national nonprofit's resource clearinghouse had years of mission-aligned content buried under poor searchability — the people most in need couldn't find what they came for. We reorganized the database around real search behavior, applied mission-aligned tagging so affirming content surfaced first, and expanded the library. Search efficiency rose 59%.

Financial Planning Software

An early-stage planning product was facing investor demos with an API too slow to demonstrate.

A pre-launch financial-planning startup needed a real engineering pass before the next round of demos. We stood up the production database on Supabase + Postgres, wired GraphQL through their Next.js app, and containerized the Python that drove their recommendations. API latency dropped 18% and the team shipped on schedule.

Social Impact Marketplace

A pre-seed marketplace needed web3 data ownership without the wallet UX that scares ordinary users away.

A pre-seed social-impact marketplace had to bridge familiar web2 onboarding with web3 data ownership — the standard pattern broke both halves. We designed a hybrid signup, separated PII storage from user-activity storage to limit exposure, and architected the on-chain integration so users could own their data without learning crypto to do it.
